Jordan Mather

Co-Founder/Coach

Jordan Mather got started in the entrepreneurship game at 18 with a medical software startup that revolutionized the physical therapy patient experience. As CEO for 5 years, Jordan participated in top Startup Accelerator Programs, collaborated with a major Wisconsin hospital, raised over $250K in funding, and earned a spot on Wisconsin’s ‘Top 25 Entrepreneurs Under 25’ list.

Although the company eventually failed, it provided Jordan with invaluable learning experiences. He became passionate about designing world-class patient experiences and building efficient marketing & sales funnels for cash physical therapists. Utilizing this expertise, Jordan became the CMO of a well-known physical therapy media company, and consulted for and built marketing funnels for some of the top physical therapy business coaches.

Eventually growing tired of the typical agency and consulting grind, Jordan, alongside Max Zirbel, founded Clinical Marketer. They infused it with the hands-on support and mentorship that they benefited from in their initial venture. The company was a success from the start, aiding clinics in scaling to 6 and 7 figures in revenue. During its first launch, Jordan and his team met Dr. Ben Bagge, whom they later partnered with after helping him grow his business from $200K/year to over $1M/year in three years.
 
Now, Jordan is focused on empowering clients in the cash physical therapy space, sharing his accumulated skills, processes, and hiring strategies to help them increase their revenue and impact without proportionally increasing their workload.

Max Zirbel

Co-Founder/Coach

With a background in software engineering, Max co-founded Clinical Marketer in 2019 but has been involved in the cash physical therapy space since 2016. Since its origin, Max and the Clinical Marketer team have helped 100s of cash physical therapists transfer from PRN jobs and side hustles to thriving cash practice owners with time and money freedom. Max’s primary focus inside the company is as an integrator who takes the ideas and visions surrounding our mission of helping 10,000 physical therapists build and grow thriving cash practices and oversees their execution in a timely and focused fashion. Outside of work Max greatly enjoys the outdoors – hiking, biking, skiing

Ben Bagge

Practicing Partner/Coach

Dr. Ben Bagge, PT, DPT, CSCS opened his cash based physical therapy practice, Pro+Kinetix Physical Therapy & Performance, immediately out of grad school. Within 5 years his practice had scaled to one of, if not the largest, cash based practices in the nation while generating $2M/year.

He joined Clinical Marketer as a partner in March of 2021 where he has now helped 100+ clinic owners start and scale their practices to $100,000+/year using his exact systems, processes, and guidance.

Over the last couple of years he has also expanded into the Real Estate Investing world collecting a portfolio of $3M+. His experience in this realm has also allowed him to be able to coach his clients on how to achieve further financial and time freedom leveraging real estate in conjunction with growing their practices.

When he’s not working – you can find him at the gym, reading, and enjoying dinners with his friends.

Lauren Revoir

Operations Manager

Dr. Lauren Revoir, PT, DPT, CCRT is a Physical Therapist and Canine Certified Rehabilitation Therapist.  She graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. and then Chatham University with her DPT. After spending a few years treating in the acute care setting and spinal cord injury rehabilitation setting, she decided she wanted to help others in a different way. She joined the Clinical Marketer team in July of 2021 as a client success manager, helping clients through their journey in the Booked Partnership Program.  She now is the Operations Director, overseeing the day-to-day operations, and helping clients in both the Booked Program and Mastermind Performance Program.
In her free time, Lauren loves spending time with her family and friends, watching sports, and playing games.

Ty Smith

Business Development

Ty’s transition from teaching mathematics to entrepreneurship ultimately led him to joining the Clinical Marketer team in 2020 as a Practice Growth Specialist, playing a key role in expedited advancement of the company’s goals. By engaging in insightful conversations with thousands of physical therapy practice owners, he is able to identify constraints and challenges faced by these professionals and guide them in the right direction. Ty onboards new Practice Advisors, ensuring a seamless integration process and fostering a high-performance culture. In 2023 he created strategic partnerships to open two practices by following Clinical Marketer’s blueprint to success. In his free time, Ty finds solace in the art of fishing, seeking tranquility wherever there is water. This pursuit reflects his appreciation for persistence, strategy, and adaptability—an ethos that seamlessly aligns with Clinical Marketer.

Tyler Sagat

Client Success Manager

Ty Sagat is a Marketing graduate from Florida State University. Post graduation Ty has worked with a number of large software companies where he focused on helping clients maximize their results based on their specific business needs. Since working for larger corporations, Ty has found a real passion in being able to help small business entrepreneurs grow and scale their businesses. He loves digital automations and finding ways to save busy owners time while still delivering the best class services. Outside of helping clients, Ty enjoys golfing, baseball games and spending as much family time as possible.

Jamie Moyer

Operations Assistant/Practice Owner

Dr. Jaimie Moyer, PT, DPT received her Nutrition and Exercise Science degree from Gannon University in Erie, PA and went on to graduate Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA with her DPT. She met her husband, AJ, at Chatham and moved to the Philadelphia area immediately after graduation. Jaimie worked as a travel physical therapist for a few months and then moved into a more stable role as a staff physical therapist at an outpatient private practice. She was promoted quickly to Assistant Clinical Director and then Clinical Director, managing 4 other PTs, 2 PTAs, and 7 aides. Unfortunately, the private practice sold to a large corporate company, and Jaimie left shortly after. She joined Clinical Marketer in August of 2022, originally assisting cash-based PTs learn the Booked Partnership Program with an emphasis on setting up and running Facebook Ads. She then moved into an Operations Role, assisting in organization and overall communication between all team members of Clinical Marketer. In August of 2024, Jaimie and her husband opened up their own cash-based PT practice outside of the Philadelphia area. They specialize in treating Crossfit athletes and active adults. In her free time, Jaimie enjoys hiking with her husband and their dog, crushing her crossfit goals, and cheering on all of her favorite Pittsburgh sports teams.

AJ Cohen

Coach/Practice Owner

AJ Cohen’s journey as a business owner began in 2018 when he opened his own cash physical therapy practice. Over the years, he’s turned it into a thriving business. Back in 2020, AJ’s practice was making around $2-5K a month, but with the insights and strategies he adopted from the Clinical Marketer’s Booked and Mastermind program, he’s now seeing monthly revenues between $50-70K. This growth has allowed him to expand his team, adding three more physical therapists and an administrative staff member.


In 2022, AJ took on a new role as a Sales Coach and Strategy Session Coach with the Clinical Marketer program. Here, he draws on his own experiences to guide and mentor other physical therapy practice owners, helping them to improve their sales strategies and business growth.


When he’s not working, AJ has a full and active life. He’s a family man, deeply committed to his roles as a husband and father. His love for music shines through in his piano and guitar playing. He’s also an avid ultrarunner, demonstrating his dedication to personal fitness and resilience.


AJ’s approach to work and life is grounded in a belief in ongoing learning and development. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and experiences to assist others in their professional growth, guiding them towards achieving their business and personal goals.

Luke Greenwell

Coach/Practice Owner

Dr. Luke Greenwell is the owner and founder of RecoverRx Physical Therapy in the western suburbs of Chicago. His 100% cash-based multi-clinician clinic specializes in treating the active adult and injured athlete as well as providing a model of care that emphasizes a proactive approach by implementing monthly and yearly membership programs to meet the needs and goals of his population.


Luke is a valuable member of the Clinical Marketer team and found success early in the program by implementing the systems he learned in the program to help triple his monthly revenue in just over 90 days in the program. Soon after, he joined the Clinical Marketer team as a monthly Accountability Coach and mentor in the program.. Over 2 years later he now fulfills multiple roles as a Strategy Call Coach and Client Success Coach.


Dr. Luke is an active participant in the Performance Mastermind, contributing insights on various topics, including community marketing strategies, finances, and back-end systems. He’s married with two awesome kids, Emmett and Harper. He loves spending time out on the links, fishing, and riding his bike. He also loves to travel and is hoping to eventually spend more time traveling and less time in the business.

Jenn Wallace

Jenn Wallace has been a Physical Therapist for over 15 years, owner of a private cash based practice for 3. She has worked in various settings but has found her true passion working with youth athletes, the active aging population, and those looking to return to life without pain. Jenn is passionate about making a difference in the lives of people in the Upstate of South Carolina. Since joining the Clinical Marketer Team, her drive and desire to help those improve their own cash practices has given her an opportunity to shine. As an Accountability Coach, Jenn provides a unique insight and is excited to see what 2024 brings for all of her clients.

Chris Smith

Coach/Practice Owner

Chris is a physical therapy clinic owner in Tulsa Oklahoma that specializes in CrossFitters, runners, pelvic health, and other active adults. He graduated from the University of St. Augustine in Austin, Texas with his doctorate in physical therapy in 2021 and immediately opened Vitality Therapy & Performance. It has since grown to a team of 8.

Chris specializes in helping clients craft winning ads to get ideal clients. He loves the mix of data analytics and psychologically driven messaging that is required to have successful digital advertising. He loves to push the envelope and bring new ideas to the table so that all Clinical Marketer clients are never stagnant and always pushing forward.

William Schopp is a husband, father, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and CEO/Founder of The Movement Schopp. He is also a coach for the amazing Clinical Marketer team in our Performance Mastermind. William started The Movement Schopp immediately after graduating PT school and have been growing it ever since. Business is his main hobby, but outside of that he enjoys spending quality time with his family and solo time surfing, golfing, working out, and constantly developing himself to the best person he can be. Based in the High Plains of Texas, Chris Close’s expertise lies within business development and serves as one of our practice advisors speaking with practice owners each week who are looking to improve their own businesses. As a former small business owner himself, he has seen first hand what it takes to open, run, maintain, and grow a business in the Dallas, Tx area where he was born.  Now each week, Chris helps guide practice owners who are looking to grow by utilizing the Clinical Marketer’s blueprint to help achieve their goals.  If he’s not out fishing or camping, he’s most likely out looking at the animals in the Texas bush.  His purpose reflects what Clinical Marketer stands for – growth, determination, and a willingness to learn and adapt. 

Morgan Jochum

Morgan graduated from John Carroll University in 2021 with degrees in Integrated Marketing Communication and Entrepreneurship. Since then she has worked with small business owners to develop their brand and communicate their brand story. Morgan is part of the Clinical Marker Website Team assisting clients with the launch of their new websites. In her free time Morgan loves to read, sew, and spend quality time with family and friends.

Sheila Heard

Accountability Coach.

Sheila is the newest member of the team at Clinical Marketer and brings a wealth of marketing knowledge along with her. With a 14 year background as the owner of a creative agency, Sheila and her team specialized in assisting small business owners with branding, websites, SEO, and marketing.In 2021, she decided to narrow her focus to Dental Marketing. Co-founding an internet marketing agency and podcast with her business partner, their mission was to help dentists elevate their team, attract better patients, and free up their personal time.It was during this time that Sheila discovered her true passion for coaching entrepreneurs and helping them navigate the digital landscape of internet marketing tools, techniques, and strategies for business growth. Her journey with Clinical Marketer began at a coaching event in 2023, where she met the company’s CEO, Jordan Mather. Impressed by the company’s vision to empower physical therapy entrepreneurs to create a better future for themselves, she quickly decided to join the team and contribute to the impactful work they were doing.In her free time, Sheila, an energetic and enthusiastic Canadian, enjoys activities such camping, hiking, hockey, movie trivia, and throwing axes—you know, the typical “Canadian” type pastimes. She loves a great cup of coffee, YouTube cat videos, CrossFit, reading business books, and witnessing her coaching clients’ faces light as they experience successes throughout their journey with Clinical Marketer.
